Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious, and I had one of the nicest hotel beds I've ever slept on. However, my room overlooked a fairly busy street, which was a bit of a downside. The service was excellent, especially from Matt, who was incredibly helpful when I had a short timeline. The location couldn't have been better for exploring St Andrews, but parking was a huge problem we encountered. The dining experience was good, although facing the main road made it a bit noisy even with the windows shut. The facilities were well-equipped and maintained.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were spacious, functional, and very clean, exceeding my expectations. However, the safe was not working, which was a minor inconvenience. The location was fantastic, right in the center of St Andrews, making it convenient to explore the area. The dining experience was good overall, though a slightly overcooked sausage and near-burnt toast detracted from a perfect score for me. The facilities were excellent, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were huge and very comfortable, but unfortunately, we experienced some faults and water trouble, which was made worse by disruptive drunk guests late at night. The location was excellent in the town center, though noise from a nearby dance club and a pub could be bothersome. Service was top-notch, especially accommodating our early check-in and late return, and the advice on gin selection was a nice touch. Dining options were enjoyable, with a good variety of continental and hot dishes, but not clearly advertised from the booking. An extra positive note was the free parking nearby, a massive bonus.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and impressively spacious, but a bit noisy with creaky floors. The service was of the highest class, with friendly and amazing staff taking care of my elderly mother. The location was perfect, right in the center of town with all the main attractions within walking distance. The dining experience was top-notch with great choices, though a guest’s rudeness was a downside. Overall, a great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, although they seemed a little tired. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all essential places in St Andrews without being in the midst of late-night activities. The dining experience was mostly good, with a variety of breakfast choices. However, there were some minor disappointments with certain dishes. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a pleasant stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, with nice views and very comfortable, but there was a constant irritating 'drill' noise all night. The location was excellent, with good parking, but a bit scarce on the main streets in St Andrews. The dining was very good, with a varied and affordable menu. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
